The process seems to start out the same, but it’s very different, from beginning to making money.

In this post, I am going to quickly detail how you can start a blog in 2019 (2020) and make money. This post won’t start the blog for you and make it make money, however.

The process of starting a blog all begins with the hosting company you choose. This may seem like it’s not all that important, but it’s more important than you may realize.

A less than adequate hosting company may cause you to struggle with your search engine optimization and with keeping people on your blog. Bad hosting causes slow load times and downtime, which will cost you visitors, subscribers, and profits.

You cannot just flip a coin or throw a dart to choose your hosting company. You have to make the right choice as your blog hosting will serve as the foundation of your entire blog.
